Shipping Policy:
At My Cookmate.com we strive to make your delivery a positive experience. We take pride in making sure your order arrives to your destination as quickly and safely as possible. Most in stock items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited parcel from our warehouse in Toronto, ON within 1-3 days from receipt of your order and should arrive to you within 1-7 business days to most Canadian addresses. Shipping to the USA should arrive within 3-8 business days.
- We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
- If you have been informed that your order has shipped and it has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number, name, and phone number.
- Orders submitted with a wrong or incomplete address, will be charged the extra cost to re-ship. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. Shipping and handling charges are subject to applicable taxes.
- Orders Sent to the United States USA orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that may be levied once your order reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the addressee; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. For further information, you should contact your local customs office for further details.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:
My Cookmate.com sells the quality products. We make every effort to assure that your product arrives to you in perfect condition. We realize that customers sometimes receive goods that are damaged, defective, or they no longer want the product for a variety of reasons. Returned items must be accompanied with a return authorization number and be received by us in unused and perfect saleable condition within 30 days of initial delivery to you. Please Contact Us for a return authorization number. Unless your product is defective or damaged, shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. If you received damaged items or defective products please notify us immediately and we will either replace the product or refund your money. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. We will accept returns only on new, unused and untested merchandise within 30 days of delivery. No refunds will be given for products that cannot be sold as new. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total. If products are returned with missing packaging and or parts, a credit will be issued (less shipping charges) less 15 % restocking fee upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returns sent COD will be refused. My Cook Mate cannot be held responsible for returned products that have failed to be delivered or have been damaged during return shipping. Please make sure all returns are packed securely and insured. Returns from United States should indicate the contents as "Returned Items" on the Customs Documentation.
About Manufacturers Warranty:
Many of the products we sell are backed by manufacturers limited warranties. All manufacturers warranties for products purchased through My Cook Mate are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. We will only accept returns on defective merchandise within 30 DAYS of receipt of the product. After 30 days you will have to follow the manufacturers warranty instructions. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers. No other warranty of any kind, express or implied is made by us respecting the products sold. Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of said products.
