The Titanium Chef's knife is a revolutionary new knife for the 21st century, made using the world’s finest Japanese technology. It took many years of research to produce this remarkable knife, which retains its cutting edge far longer than conventional knives. The blade contains Titanium, Ceramic and Silver.
- Titanium - provides lightness, corrosion resistance and flexibility.
- Ceramic - provides the cutting edge.
- Silver - provides anti-bacterial properties.

Light-weight
The Titanium Chef's knife weights only 80g,
making it a joy to use. Tired arms caused by
repetitive cutting become a thing of the past.
Ideal for arthritis sufferers.
|
Long Lasting Sharpness
Tiny ceramic particles, four times harder than steel, have been inserted into
the titanium blade to give it the hardness that enables it to retain its smooth
cutting edge. Independent testing conducted by the UK’s Cutlery and Allied
Trades Research Association (CATRA) demonstrated that the Titanium Chef's
Knife retains its cutting edge many times longer than conventional knives.

Use and Care
Your new knife has a nearly perfect edge, which can be
maintained using the following guidelines:
- Use with a plastic or wooden cutting board to protect the fine edge. Avoid cutting on marble, stone, or glass surfaces.
- Store knives in a knife block, or knife case. Should your knife block have diagonal cuts, store knives with sharpened edges up to prevent dulling on the wooden surface.
- Never cut bones or frozen food with a regular cutting knife.
Bones should be cut with a saw.
- Do not wash with a wire scrubbing brush.
CAUTION
- Please take care when using the knife as the blade edge is extremely sharp.
- This knife has been designed for cutting food stuffs. It should not be used for any other purpose.
- Please refrain from using the knife on hard objects such as metal, glass or earthenware, frozen food, fish bones and other such items, as doing so may cause the blade to chip or crack.
- Please avoid putting the blade in open flame.
- Keep out of reach of children.
